Recruiter - Blue Collar Hiring

We are hiring Recruiter !!!

Work Location: Q Sentral, KL Sentral

Education: Min SPM

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Working Time: 9.00AM - 6.00PM

Experience Level: 0 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates across various roles, with a focus on blue-collar positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and match them to suitable roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
• Manage the hiring process from posting job ads to final onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment,especially in blue-collar hiring.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.
