Job Description

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders from various departments within the organisation to understand the different business functions/needsand execute the recruitment process
Experience in implementing the full cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles and bringing the best talent on board
Customise creative methods to optimise the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments

Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or relevant recruitment experience in a fast-moving industry is preferred
Experience in high-volume recruitment (experience in an external recruitment agency and handling mass hiring is highly preferred)
Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia fluently is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Highly motivated and energetic, with a positive attitude and strong eagerness to learn
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proactive problem-solver, resourceful in handling challenges
