Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
