Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and requirements.
