Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with hiring managers and collaborating with Sourcers and Coordinators to deliver quality hires.

This role is part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project, supporting hiring for a key client across the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the Asia Pacific region
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate fit and hiring readiness
  • Drive the interview process, including coordination with sourcers and talent coordinators
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Support offer discussions and hiring decisions in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to hiring managers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills
  • Experience recruiting for both volume and niche roles; semiconductor industry experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are preferred but not mandatory
  • Consultative, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
