The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with hiring managers and collaborating with Sourcers and Coordinators to deliver quality hires.
This role is part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project, supporting hiring for a key client across the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the Asia Pacific region
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate fit and hiring readiness
- Drive the interview process, including coordination with sourcers and talent coordinators
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Support offer discussions and hiring decisions in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to hiring managers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Asia Pacific region
- Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills
- Experience recruiting for both volume and niche roles; semiconductor industry experience is preferred
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are preferred but not mandatory
- Consultative, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
