We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support recruitment in a multinational manufacturing environment in mainland, Penang.

This is a 6-month contract — good for someone who wants MNC exposure.

Perform well, there is renewal potential.

Perform exceptional, there may be permanent consideration.

Scope:

• Sourcing candidates

• Screening resumes

• Interview coordination

• Candidate follow-up

• Hiring manager coordination

• Offer and onboarding support

• Recruitment tracking

Good fit if you have:

• Recruitment / TA experience

• Strong follow-up

• Hands-on sourcing and screening exposure

• Confidence dealing with hiring managers

• Able to commit to 6 months in mainland, Penang
