Employment Type: 6-Month Renewable Contract

Salary Range: RM 3,000 RM 4,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support and manage recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, direct sourcing, and headhunting. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview feedback records.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers in building strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide administrative support related to recruitment documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination.
• Experience in headhunting, direct sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and coordinate interviews efficiently.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and recruitment tools is an advantage.
