Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top Thai-speaking talent, supporting business growth and workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage suitable Thai-speaking candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment insights.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Market Insight: Provide updates on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably from an RPO or recruitment agency background.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work under tight deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
