Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Recruitment Experience:
a) Minimum 2+ years in mass recruitment, with expertise in hiring Data Annotators or similar high-volume roles.
b) Prior experience recruiting for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies or working within the BPO industry is a strong plus.
Language Skills:
a) Fluent English with clear pronunciationable to conduct professional interviews and communications.
b) Good command of written Chinese
Core Competencies:
a) High stress tolerance and adaptability in a target-driven environment.
b) Strong negotiation, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
c) Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other Southeast Asian talent markets(e.g. Philippines).
- Experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)or agency recruitment.
