Job Description

Job Summary

Provide administrative, systems, and reporting support to Recruitment Consultants by managing job postings, candidate records, resume screening, and recruitment data reporting to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job vacancies across job boards, recruitment platforms, and social media
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Prepare candidate profiles and submission reports for clients
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Recruitment Consultants
  • Ensure job advertisements follow internal guidelines and branding standards
  • Support consultants in meeting submission timelines and operational requirements
  • Extract, consolidate, and prepare recruitment activity and performance reports to management
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across recruitment systems
  • Monitor market trends to support sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 13 years of recruitment or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience with ATS systems, recruitment databases, and online job boards
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within structured processes
  • Strong systems, reporting, and data-handling proficiency
  • Proactive, reliable, service-oriented, and able to work independently
