Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Recruitment and Branding Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is designed for a proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in employer branding and end-to-end recruitment strategies. You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and enhancing our corporate identity across various digital and campus platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms to strengthen our employer brand.
- Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment drives and career fairs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure a seamless recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials for job openings.
Recruitment Operations:
- Drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards.
- Conducting initial CV screenings and coordinating with hiring managers.
Employer Branding:
- Curating Life at HLB stories and employee spotlights for digital engagement.
- Assisting in the development of creative assets for internal and external communication.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- A passion for people engagement and creative storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
