We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle effectively. Candidates with Mandarin language proficiency will have an added advantage.

• Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored hiring solutions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust network of clients and candidates in the market.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for connecting talent to opportunities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in [Relevant Field] or equivalent work experience.
