Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier candidates across diverse industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, craft tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill, culture fit, and career alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and generate recruitment reports as needed
- Provide consultative insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to Capture Consulting's growth strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting (agency or in-house)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques (E.G Linkedin)
- A flair for relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking
- Bonus: Experience in executive search
