Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier candidates across diverse industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, craft tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill, culture fit, and career alignment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and generate recruitment reports as needed
  • Provide consultative insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to Capture Consulting's growth strategy

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting (agency or in-house)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques (E.G Linkedin)
  • A flair for relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking
  • Bonus: Experience in executive search
