Recruitment Consultant

Dada Consultants is a Singapore-based technology recruitment firm focused on supporting the Singapore market. Our team works closely with fast-growing startups, global technology companies, and innovative businesses across areas such as AI, Cloud, Fintech, Crypto, and Infrastructure.

We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants based in Malaysia to join our growing team and support our recruitment projects for the Singapore technology market.

This role is slightly different from traditional agency roles the position focuses more on candidate sourcing and candidate management, with less emphasis on heavy business development or account management.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct candidate screening calls to understand candidates technical background, career goals, and job preferences
• Manage the end-to-end candidate process including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology professionals in the market
• Work closely with internal consultants to support hiring needs across various technology roles
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and internal recruitment databases
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent market insights

Job Requirements

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
• Prior experience in technology recruitment is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a flexible or hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
