Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To achieve individual's sales target;
  • Understands clients requirements and provide suitable candidates to client.
  • Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the client's job openings.
  • Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations.
  • Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates;
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates.
  • Finalising offer details between client and candidates;
  • Monitoring payment collections from clients;
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates;
  • To assist and contribute in client acquisitions exercises;
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline.
  • Prefer candidates with 1-3 years relevant experience in recruitment. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, processes and methodologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Character expectation - prompt, resourceful, meticulous, target driven and able to work independently.
