  • To achieve individual's sales target
  • Understands clients requirements and provide suitable candidates to client
  • Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the client's job openings
  • Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations
  • Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates
  • Finalising offer details between client and candidates
  • Monitoring payment collections from clients
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
  • To assist and contribute in client acquisitions exercises
  • Any ad-hoc jobs as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or related discipline
  • Prefer candidates with 8 months - 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, processes and methodologies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be resourceful, meticulous, target driven and able to work independently
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
