About the Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes, market mapping, and candidate sourcing. The intern will gain valuable insights into recruitment analytics and interview coordination, making it an excellent learning opportunity for those interested in HR and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Mapping: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Interview Arrangement: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and analysing hiring trends.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and following up with candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and curious.
