About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant (JB & KL), you will work closely with clients across various industries, managing white-collar roles at all levels, including:

Marketing

Finance

HR

Operations

Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms

Sourcing and screening potential candidates

Conducting interviews and candidate assessments

Coordinating and hosting interviews between clients and candidates

Performing reference checks

Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
