We're Hiring: Recruitment Consultant!

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. The ideal candidate will assist in various recruitment activities, helping us attract top talent while gaining valuable experience in the field of human resources.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:
An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on-line media, referrals, etc.
Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client and share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner.

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
