Recruitment Consultant - Tech

Specializing in business transformation and technology talent solutions, we are actively expanding our delivery team here in Kuala Lumpur! We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us on a permanent basis.

This is a dedicated 180-degree delivery role focused purely on candidate sourcing and management. Key Responsibilities:

• Targeted Sourcing: Identify and engage high-calibre IT professionals (Software Development, Data, Cyber Security, PM/BA, etc.) for top-tier Financial Services clients across Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia).
• Candidate Lifecycle Management: Own the 180-degree recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and comprehensive screenings to offer management and onboarding support.
• Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain talent pools utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and strategic outreach campaigns.
• Candidate Advisory: Act as a trusted career partner to candidates, guiding them through complex interview processes with honesty, transparency, and care.
• Internal Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand client requirements, share market intelligence, and ensure rapid, accurate candidate delivery.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). A strong track record of delivery in Technology and/or Financial Services domains is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and productivity tools to drive search efficiency.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous but not essential.
• Operational Excellence: Strong self-discipline, time management, and organizational abilities to independently manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Drive: A high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
