Purpose of the Role:

Talent Acquisition is the role executed by the recruitment team in ensuring the continuity of business by selecting the rightfully fit individuals to support the growth of the company. Hiring of talents based on the need of the business and ensuring support to all business units in manpower planning and budgeting.

This role will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the operational and transactional work needed to facilitate the recruitment process for hiring across various teams in Zuellig Pharma.

What You'll Do :

  • Be the point person for candidates to check on recruitment process status, schedules, document requirements, etc
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the interview logistics, including room bookings, last minute changes in schedule/location/etc
  • Support the TA Lead in various operational and transactional requirements as they come up
  • Provide good candidate experience

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree program in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR department.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Advantage to Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor for engaging internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage.
