Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for various roles, leveraging Mandarin language skills to communicate with candidates and hiring manager.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and HR partners to strategize and fill job vacancies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present offer letters.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (read and speak) and English
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related role
