Job Description

Job Purpose

To manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and assessment through to selection, offer management, and onboarding. This role is responsible for attracting and securing high-quality talent by leveraging multiple sourcing platforms, designing effective selection processes, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR to ensure recruitment strategies align with the organization's workforce needs and goals. The role also ensures a seamless candidate experience, timely reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Job Scope

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, internal careers platform, etc.) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Review and analyze job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
  • Design, plan, and execute selection processes, such as conducting interviews, screening calls, and administering assessments.
  • Develop engaging job advertisements based on job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Administer and process all hiring documentation for new employees.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports to ensure compliance.
  • Provide candidates with guidance on compensation, benefits, and the organization's culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to address recruitment challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly recruitment trackers for hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to align recruitment activities with organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Manage recruitment reports and data as required.

Qualification & Experience

  • Min Diploma / Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a HR Recruitment or any others HR specialist function
  • Extensive HR processes experiences
