Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Executive to focus on expanding our talent pool within the Chinese-speaking market. The role involves sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates who are primarily Mandarin-speaking. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking and writing Mandarin and English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Focus on sourcing Mandarin-speaking candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with potential candidates through Mandarin communication channels and communities.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Chinese-speaking talent.
- Post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Build relationships with universities, student groups, and professional networks within the Chinese-speaking community.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, and talent engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to source and engage candidates through social media and online platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple recruitment tasks.
- Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms or communities is an added advantage.
