At NES Fircroft, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Recruitment Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur team and help drive the next stage of growth across Malaysia and the wider region.

If you have a strong background in agency recruitment, experience leading or developing people, and expertise in Power & Renewables, Construction, Engineering or Infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you!

You don't need experience across every sector. We're looking for a great recruitment leader who knows their market, enjoys building relationships and has the drive to grow a successful business.

What will you be doing

Lead & Inspire – Coach, develop and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, building a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.

Drive Growth – Take ownership of your specialist market, grow existing accounts, win new clients and build sustainable revenue.

Build New Business – Lead from the front, open doors, develop strategic networks and turn opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Strengthen Client Relationships – Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, understand their projects and workforce challenges, and help them find the talent they need.

Deliver Results – Stay hands-on with recruitment and commercial activity while empowering your team to achieve and exceed their goals.

Develop Your Market – Use your industry knowledge and market insight to identify emerging projects, investment, hiring trends and new business opportunities.

Grow Your Team – Attract, coach and retain great recruiters, helping individuals develop their careers and reach their potential.

We're keen to connect with recruitment professionals who bring:

• Agency recruitment experience, with a proven track record in recruitment management, team leadership or senior recruitment.
• Technical sector expertise in Power & Renewables, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or a related market.
• Commercial success, including winning new business, growing existing accounts and delivering sustainable revenue.
• Leadership skills and a genuine passion for coaching, motivating and developing people.
• Business development drive, with the confidence to engage new clients and build lasting commercial partnerships.
• Strong client credibility, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and become a trusted recruitment partner.
• Excellent market awareness, turning industry knowledge, project activity and relationships into opportunities.
• A hands-on, growth-focused mindset, with the ambition, resilience and energy to help take our Kuala Lumpur team to the next level.
