About the Job:
We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and results-oriented Sourcing Associate to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent consulting. If you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy candidate sourcing, and take pride in identifying high-quality talent, this role is for you!
You will be responsible for proactively building talent pipelines, recommending quality candidates, and supporting consultants in achieving successful placements. Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Interview Arrangement: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and analysing hiring trends.
- Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and following up with candidates.
- CV Submission & Closure Support: Ensure timely and quality CV submissions for active job openings while supporting consultants closely to achieve interview, placement, and closure targets.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and long-term talent pipeline development.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Ad Hoc Support: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
