Recruitment Specialist

Position : Recruitment Specialist for (5 Months contract)

Basic Salary : RM10,000 + 0.5 months completion bonus

Job Description :

• Doing Hiring for FMCG, Corporate functions, White collar roles, Sales & Marketing roles
• Able to start immediately
• Preferred someone who work in internal / inhouse company
• Oversee the entire recruitment process.
• Talent Hunting & Sourcing
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and department leaders, to develop recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's changing talent requirements.
• Participate in joint efforts with hiring managers to collaboratively create and refine detailed job descriptions.
• Maintain thorough records of candidates and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system, adhering to the organization's rigorous hiring policies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience, providing a smooth journey from initial contact to onboarding.
