Global Business Services (GBS) is an in-house service provider specializing in HR, Finance and Technology for Wilhelmsen - providing high quality, scalable, reliable solutions that drive efficiency, enhance customer experience andcost-efficient business support services

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist who thrives on building strong relationships and connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.

What Will You Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and hiring closure
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on sourcing strategies
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through digital channels and professional networks
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on interview and assessment best practices
  • Act as a key liaison between candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and tools
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities
  • Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on recruitment-related initiatives when needed

What Experience And Skills Required


  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with proven exposure to both agency and in-house environments
  • Strong ability to assess complex and technical roles, leveraging analytical judgement to evaluate candidate capability and fit
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with senior hiring managers
  • Highly service-oriented, proactive, and consultative, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-driven organisation
  • Experience with psychometric or personality assessment tools and external vendors is preferred
  • Digitally proficient, with solid knowledge of modern recruitment platforms, HR systems, and data-driven hiring practices

Location


The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
