About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing, people-centric Team Manager to drive results and inspire a team of recruitment consultants. What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of consultants to exceed individual and team targets.
- Drive both qualitative and quantitative delivery of client hiring needs through building a strong, market-ready talent pipeline.
- Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable business strategies.
- Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to support sustainable growth.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management to unlock team potential.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies to maximise productivity.
- Produce and present competitive intelligence and market insights during business reviews.
- Uphold strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards at all times.
- Strengthen the team's external presence through active networking and brand positioning.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading and managing a recruitment or sales team within the Technology industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience within agency recruitment, with a strong billing track record.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
- A natural leader who motivates, develops, and brings out the best in others.
