We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Team Lead to drive business development, mentor a high-performing team, and lead the growth of your own specialised vertical.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow your vertical, identifying sub-verticals for expansion.
- Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships through advisory engagement.
- Lead a high-performing team: hire, onboard, coach, and review performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job briefs, sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of jobs and candidates; ensure team follows best practices.
- Drive KPIs for business development, placements, and recruitment outcomes.
- Track performance, foster accountability, and promote continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years recruitment experience with proven billing success.
- Team leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
- Experience in growing a vertical or launching a practice is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Strategic, client-focused, results-driven, and growth-oriented.
- Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills.
- Resilient, organised, and entrepreneurial.
