Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• Strong expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, CRI-O, etc.). Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies (added advantage).

• In-depth knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and security best practices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills for conducting workshops.

• Experience in handling support calls and troubleshooting customer issues.

• Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, or OpenShift-specific certifications) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio.

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Elasticsearch.

• Understanding of multi-tenancy, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Experience working in a customer-facing role, providing technical consultation and support.
