Job Description

Company: US-based MNC Distributor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find opportunities to grow the business globally, supporting customers with offshore design and manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships by offering solutions for the company and its selected suppliers within a specific product line, helping achieve business strategy and financial goals.
  • Planning and managing the migration of sales to meet product delivery, customer service, and revenue goals.
  • Analyze data (pricing, margins, revenue) to support business decisions.
  • Develop and execute migration strategies for customers.
  • Track manufacturing transfers and outbound migrations.
  • Maintain and update migration data in internal systems.
  • Ensure proper margin sharing between design and fulfillment regions.
  • Support supplier growth strategies and provide value-added solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, supply chain, business development, or project management.
  • Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or technology distribution industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing, margin, and revenue data.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions based on data.
