Key Responsibilities:
- Find opportunities to grow the business globally, supporting customers with offshore design and manufacturing.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships by offering solutions for the company and its selected suppliers within a specific product line, helping achieve business strategy and financial goals.
- Planning and managing the migration of sales to meet product delivery, customer service, and revenue goals.
- Analyze data (pricing, margins, revenue) to support business decisions.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for customers.
- Track manufacturing transfers and outbound migrations.
- Maintain and update migration data in internal systems.
- Ensure proper margin sharing between design and fulfillment regions.
- Support supplier growth strategies and provide value-added solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, supply chain, business development, or project management.
- Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or technology distribution industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing, margin, and revenue data.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound business decisions based on data.
