Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, maintenance, and integration of workflow applications using OutSystems, including end-user support.
Develop and support web-based applications using.NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, including API integrations.
Lead regional IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, system integration, and alignment with business and global IT requirements.
Collaborate with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements, implement digital solutions, and drive process automation and technology adoption.
Manage and mentor a team of IT specialists while providing technical guidance, user training, and ensuring solutions meet cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of IT experience focused on OutSystems/ workflow systems, digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management regional or multi-country experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with OutSystems and coding, with knowledge of .NET/C#, web technologies, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, ERP systems, or automation technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills ITIL, PMP,or relevant cloud/web development certifications are advantageous.
