Job description:
- Supporting the translation of global brand and campaign direction into Southeast Asiaspecific strategies, cascading global narratives into clear regional plans. Develop key campaign frameworks and playbooks, including campaign toolbox and omni-channel GTM plans (on-ground activations, social & PR strategy, paid media plans), ensuring alignment with global storytelling while remaining relevant to local market dynamics and business strategy.
- Drive a strong focus on retail and offline activations to elevate flagship store brand experience and storytelling. Work closely with Retail Operations teams to design in-store engagement plans that support traffic, conversion, and sales performance.
- Assisting the SEA lead key brand campaign plan and implementation.
- Lead social media and PR strategy and content development at a regional level, including KOL strategy and brand social direction, ensuring consistent brand tone, visibility, and cultural relevance across markets.
- Enhance cross-country campaign rollout efficiency and execution quality. Establish clear tracking mechanisms for local execution, consolidate regional campaign reporting, and lead post-campaign reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year experience in brand marketing/Coms with hands-on exposure to retail and offline activation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Sports Management, or related fields.
- Passion for or background of outdoor, sports, or fashion is a strong plus.
- High proficiency in English; Mandarin ability is a plus.
