Regional Business Development Manager, Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT) is a role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with plenty of growth opportunities in the SEA region. The portfolio is largely Respiratory field related and responsible for the Hospital Portfolio
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
This Regional Business Development role has 2 key areas of responsibility, namely ;
- Channel management, focused on leading and optimizing the growth of our existing partners in core markets, delivering New Product Introduction goals & metrics.
- Business development. To map, target, propose, and build frontier market(s).This may include channel restructuring or segmentation.
The role is largely focused on leading & influencing channel partners as a first line approach and to deliver impactful strategies directly or indirectly to clinicians in local markets. It is a fluid and exciting role to identify what is required in the region and to propose what is needed. This role will work closely with the local team, including the Technical Service Manager and with overlay support from Global Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory & Customer service.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
Minimum 5 Years Experience In Commercial Roles For Healthcare
Strategic marketing and/or Sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is a must have
Having either a regional experience in SEA or prior background in Respiratory products/ventilation portfolio is a strong plus point. Channel management experience is a good to have for this role.
Job Requirements
Able to represent Air Liquide in it's values, business practices and ethics
Development of regional strategy/market development plans
Establish a schedule to monitor channel partner activity and forecasts systematically
Identify risk, develop long-term and mid-term strategies and anticipate (at best) the commercial & regulatory landscape and make recommendations to management/ Product Management/ Marketing team to ensure the competitiveness of ALMS in the SEAT region
Ability to deliver (at least) product training to channel partners sales team in a clinical/professional manner.
