JOB OVERVIEW:

This newly created role is an opportunity to make your mark in a fast paced and vibrant environment with a wide range of content, communication and marketing needs.

The right candidate will have autonomy to create beautiful and engaging assets to be used across all mediums from presentations & corporate collaboration platforms to social media. As well as draft internal communications such as newsletters and updates for a broad audience encompassing eight countries & three primary languages.

In addition, you will work closely with the APAC Group Communications Director to create unity and engagement across the full suite of Howden businesses in Asia specifically with a communications focus.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other communications and marketing resources in the region to ensure information is shared and the brand is uniformly represented both internally and externally.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and execute the Internal Communications plan for Howden Asia, partnering closely with in‑country communication teams to deliver.
  • Create and deliver creative and engaging communications for both internal & external audiences across different communication platforms including newsletters, intranet, presentations, announcements, and social platforms aligned with Howden brand guidelines and culture.
  • Work closely with Group and local team to enhance and streamline communication channels, tools, and processes across the region, including translation requirements.
  • Drive regional collaboration and engagement, fostering consistency and community across all Howden Asia entities.
  • Support Group Communications Director to provide executive communications, including drafting materials for senior leaders, Board, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and accurate information flow to relevant audiences across the region.
  • Champion adoption of Group‑led communication initiatives to reinforce alignment and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe InDesign, Advanced PowerPoint skills (highly regarded).
  • Experience in video filming and editing (highly regarded).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Additional language abilities relevant to the region will be an advantage.
