Job Title: Regional Country Manager – SEA (AI CRM)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, entrepreneurial Regional Country Manager to spearhead our growth in select countries across South East Asia (based in Malaysia). You will be responsible for driving revenue through a dual-track strategy: high-touch direct enterprise sales and, channel sales/delivery in developing markets.

With over 8-years working experience in software applications, you will navigate the complexities of the local market to continue the expansion of Neocrm as AI CRM provider of choice in Malaysia and across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Malaysia and select South East Asia countries, focusing on market share acquisition in the AI CRM/SaaS space.
  • Channel Leadership: Identify, recruit, and enable channel partners and system integrators (SIs) to scale our reach.
  • Revenue Growth: Take full responsibility for sales strategy and execution in Malaysia and select markets in South East Asia, consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Direct Engagement: Personally lead negotiations for high-value enterprise accounts, providing a local face for the brand.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the primary spokesperson for Neocrm in Malaysia and select markets in South East Asia, while attending key industry events and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Min 8 years of professional experience in Software Sales (SaaS/Cloud), with at least 3 years in software application/solution sales capacity. Ability to engage and influence multiple Line of Businesses, and articulate solution value to customer executives.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in selling CRM, ERP, or CX solutions. You understand the digital transformation journey of businesses in SEA.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local business culture, regulatory environment, and procurement processes.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Professional Working Proficiency in Bahasa and Chinese is also required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
