We are looking for a Regional Distributor Manager to manage and lead the LTP to support Nestl Growth & distribution objectives as well as Distributor Profitability.

A day in the life of a Regional Distributor Manager

• Management of Distributor in line with Distributor Management Best Practices:
• Thruput Target
• Market Returns
• Stock Cover
• Coordinate with RSM MT/TT on Distributor Sales Operations Issues
• Delivery / Customer Service Level
• Sales operations related matters
• Customer Universe Data Management (New Outlet Openings and Closings)
• Coordinate Distributor Business reviews
• Responsible for Distributor Warehouse management & DWIS evaluation
• Coordinate with Dsitributor Development Executive on Distributor signage

What will make you successful

• Graduate Calibre (Business Management preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Field Sales experience min 5yrs
• Distributor Insight & knowledge of competitor distributor situation
