Job Description
As a Regional Finance Manager at JLL, you'll serve as a vital financial partner supporting our client accounts across Singapore and Oceania. This role combines analytical expertise with operational finance management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drives strategic decision-making. You'll also play a key role in strengthening finance governance across the account — helping implement governance frameworks and controls, then embedding them into business-as-usual (BAU) operations so they hold up over time. You'll work closely with the Regional Finance Lead, operations teams, and onsite facility teams to deliver exceptional financial insights and support. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way—for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees—and in this position, you'll be instrumental in translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations that create value for our clients. Your work will span monthly financial close processes, variance analysis, budget preparation, vendor payment coordination, finance governance implementation, and process improvement initiatives that require both technical precision and business acumen. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, providing you with exposure to diverse client portfolios and complex financial challenges that will accelerate your professional growth.
