Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FInance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations across three key countries within our region. You will ensure compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and drive efficiency in our accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise finance and accounting operations across TH, HK, PH and MY
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance & accounting professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Comfortable with managing teams across multiple countries.
- Comfortable with travelling to multiple countries if required
- Strong understanding and practical application of International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Proven experience in managing financial operations across multiple countries.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SME accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certified ACCA / CPA equivalent

Salary Range MYR 10,000 - MYR 15,000
