Regional Finance Manager (FMCG)
Background
Due to regional business expansion, we are seeking a prominent and capable Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial consolidation and reporting across multiple countries. This role is an individual contributor position, requiring a strong and experienced finance professional who can independently drive regional financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate financial reports from all countries across the region.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and present regional financial reports and key financial updates to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data submitted by country finance teams.
- Collaborate with country finance teams to strengthen financial governance and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Regional Finance Manager or equivalent role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong capability in financial consolidation, analysis, and regional reporting.
- Confident, capable, and able to represent financial insights effectively to senior management.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Mandarin-speaking ability preferred to liaise effectively with stakeholders across different countries.
- Comfortable working fully on-site within an agile working environment.
