Responsibilities

The role of a Regional Head of Training is pivotal in supporting the Head of Training by ensuring that training programs align with organizational goals and are effectively delivered. The responsibilities typically include:

  • Collaboration: Working with the Head of Training to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Managing the Regional Training team: Overseeing the trainers effectiveness and developing trainers capability.
  • Supervise Training Curriculum: Planning manpower resources and overseeing the delivery of training sessions and ensuring quality delivery of training program.
  • Content Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis of agencies and co-create training program with Academia in HQ
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics; compiling training reports for HQ and making presentations to management.
  • Travel: Traveling to training centers/ branches in respective region to conduct training, monitor training operation and supervising staffs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years in Agency Distribution Functions (Agency Development, Agency Recruitment or Training and Development roles), with 3+ years in leadership or large-scale regional training delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the organization across locations.
