The Regional HR Operations Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries within the APAC region by handling high-volume, standardized HR transactions. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle administration, responding to third-party or former employee enquiries, and ensuring adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and service level standards. Responsibilities: - Manage standardized HR lifecycle transactions across APAC countries, ensuring timely execution in line with established service level agreement, company policies and compliance standards. - Collaborate with HR team for policy/system feedback, improvement suggestion or tier 2 support where necessary. - Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes through process optimization and HR system enhancements. - Contribute to regional and global initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operational efficiency and elevating employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - At least one year of experience of HR operations. - Basic understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances and HR best practices. - Basic understanding of employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, leaves of absence, offboarding etc). - Demonstrate resilience in managing high volumes of employee requests within deadline, and the mentality to deliver the best employee experience. - Meticulous in ensuring high accuracy of work ouput. - Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: - High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics. - Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across the APAC region.
