Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in the Kota Bharu, Malaysia Metropolitan Area. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring inventory levels, and performance reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Experience in customer service and complaint resolution
• Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work on-site in the Kota Bharu, Malaysia Metropolitan Area
