Who We Are Looking For:
We're hiring a hands-on Regional Marketing and Commercial Capability Manager to help our commercial teams win more, faster. You will build practical enablement tools and program, run lightweight B2B marketing programs, package solutions from market insight, and keep our content hub organized and adopted across markets.
What Impact You Will Make:
- Build and deliver practical enablement: assess process/tool gaps, create clear playbooks, templates, and checklists, run training and clinics, and track adoption to improve over time.
- Run lightweight marketing programs: maintain our value story and case studies, plan and execute campaigns/webinars/events with SMEs/KOLs, publish via web/social/email, and route qualified inquiries to Sales with agreed follow-ups.
- Package solutions and go-to-market: turn client/market needs into simple offers with scope, outcomes, and pricing guardrails; pilot with selected markets and create concise GTM materials (one-pagers, messaging, slides) for Sales.
- Keep content organized and current: manage the content hub (structure, tagging, version control), retire outdated assets, publish regular updates (training calendars, new materials), and iterate based on usage and feedback.
- Own onboarding: deliver the Sales Starter Toolkit and curriculum for BMs/Account Success; coordinate sessions, access/setup, and readiness checks to get new hires productive within 6090 days.
- Coordinate multi-market rollouts: work with Sales, Medical/Editorial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external partners (agencies, KOLs, associations) to localize programs for language, regulatory, and channel norms; capture learnings and scale.
- Measure and improve: track basic performance (adoption, asset usage, campaign responses, impact on pipeline/win rate), share simple dashboards, and prioritize improvements.
What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:
- 5-8+ years in B2B marketing and/or sales enablement within services or agency environments; healthcare/MedComms/health-tech a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Regional or multi-country exposure: can localize programs and content, and work across cultures and time zones.
- Proven track record launching practical enablement (onboarding to tools/processes, product/solution understanding) and running marketing programs (campaigns, webinars/events, case studies, thought leadership) that generate qualified interest.
- Experience packaging solutions or offers from client/market insight (working with SMEs, Delivery/Operations, Finance).
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical/Editorial, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR L&D).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis; strong in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word); Power BI a plus.
- Strong command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (or another regional language) are a plus.
