Role : Regional Marketing Executive - Ipoh (Bond Square & Falim) – work base at Bond Square
Working Hours : Tue -Sat 8.30am-6.00pm,
Sun & Mon: Off Days (if working, follow operations hour; replacement off is applicable)
_ Working hours subject to change_
_ Required to work rest days and public holidays (if needed)_
_ Required to travel out of office (local/outstation) for Company/Marketing activities/roadshows, support other branches as manpower, training, meeting_
_ Work schedule subject to approval by Regional Center Manager (RCM)_
Job Description
Overview: Responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies for their respective region. This role involves working closely with the overall marketing team and other relevant centers/departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's goals and objectives. Hence, the need to attend once every 2 months (or when required) Marketing Meeting at the Company HQ (The Curve at PJ).
Primary Role
1. Oversee, developing strategies and implementing marketing activities/programs for their localized community or center.
o Roadshow, carnival, seminar, campaign, promo
o POSM/Communication Materials - brochures,
leaflets, buntings, posters
o Liaison/coordination with internal Centers & Depts
o Liaison/coordination with external suppliers, partners or media
2. Advertising - Below the Line and Above the Line
3. Conduct research and competitor intelligence
4. Write and proof-read creative copy
5. Obtain patient feedbacks and testimonials
6. Conduct patient survey
7. Administrative
o Statistics/Reports - tracking of marketing effectiveness
o Data Analysis & Management
o Marketing Budget Planning & Tracking
o Logistic arrangement
8. Gather photo/video of activities
9. Collect local behavior patterns
10. Feedback for HQ on campaigns
11. Weekly Huddle update to HQ (Virtual)
12. Once every 2 months reporting to HQ physically for meeting
