Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the planning, coordination and execution of Tatler's regional marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives during a maternity coverage period.

As a lean regional marketing function, this is a highly hands-on role that combines campaign planning, management, execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting and operational oversight across multiple concurrent projects and launches.

The role will work closely with regional editorial, commercial, product and design teams, as well as local market teams across Asia where required, supporting a range of brand, audience growth and commercial-focused initiatives.

During this period, the role will support key regional initiatives including Tatler Best, Tatler Gen.T Summit, Tatler Most Influential, Tatler 50th Anniversary and other cross-market campaigns spanning hospitality, dining, community-building, thought leadership and signature events. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven, able to manage cross-functional coordination while ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently across markets. This role owns the end-to-end regional marketing workstream across multiple flagship initiatives, playing a key role in driving brand visibility, audience engagement, community growth and broader business objectives across Tatler.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated regional marketing campaigns across Tatler's regional flagship initiatives and events.
  • Develop campaign strategies, marketing plans, budgets, timelines and channel approaches aligned with campaign objectives and business priorities.
  • Manage pre-launch, launch and amplification phases across key Tatler brand initiatives and events.
  • Drive day-to-day execution and follow-through across campaign workstreams to ensure timely delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, approvals and stakeholder alignment across regional and local teams.
  • Develop and implement ticketing, audience acquisition and community engagement strategies where relevant to campaign objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed consistently across channels and markets while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with broader business objectives.

Content, CRM & Channel Management

  • Develop engaging marketing copy and messaging across campaign touchpoints, including EDMs, websites, digital advertising, presentation materials and internal communications.
  • Build, deploy and optimise targeted EDM campaigns to support audience engagement and campaign objectives.
  • Lead paid media initiatives, including briefing, setup, monitoring, optimisation and reporting where required.
  • Brief and coordinate with social media teams to ensure campaigns are effectively amplified across relevant channels.
  • Drive campaign-led partnerships and community outreach initiatives to strengthen campaign effectiveness and extend audience reach.
  • Work closely with design and product teams to develop campaign assets, webpages and supporting marketing collateral.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain campaign trackers, rollout plans and reporting structures to ensure visibility, accountability and alignment across initiatives.
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and maximise return on marketing investment.
  • Support budget management and overall marketing planning coordination across initiatives.
  • Develop post-campaign reports and presentations to communicate performance, insights, learnings and future opportunities.

Strategic Ad-hoc Projects & Business Enablement

  • Support the enhancement of commercial marketing materials (media kit and corporate website) to strengthen brand positioning and commercial effectiveness.
  • Manage the execution of internal email communications initiative to support organisational objectives and employee engagement.
  • Ensure regional brand messaging and guidelines are implemented consistently across touchpoints and teams.
  • Develop and drive the adoption of regional marketing frameworks, processes and best practices across markets to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic marketing support and recommendations on regional initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.

Preferred Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management or brand marketing
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and executionally in a lean team environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable handling multiple concurrent priorities
  • Experience in media, luxury, lifestyle, events or regional organisations is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM, paid media, reporting and campaign planning workflows preferred
