Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with regional business and operations teams to design and execute 2C marketing campaigns.
Drive social media amplification for key campaigns across global platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and Chinese platforms (e.g., Red Note).
Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies to increase user engagement and brand advocacy.
Support planning and execution of impactful offline user activations in target markets.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, generating insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry and cultural trends within fintech and the local SEA/ANZ markets.
Deliver strong presentations, campaign reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in consumer fintech or digital payments.
Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of global social media platforms, with hands-on experience on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Familiarity with Red note is a plus.
Demonstrated success in influencer marketing and managing influencer partnerships.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Passion for fintech and digital/mobile payments is highly desirable.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language or Chinese is a plus.
