Role Overview

Our Wilson Business Unit is looking for a hands-on Regional Membership Supervisor / Specialist to support the development and execution of our membership program across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and improving initiatives on the ground — working closely with retail teams to drive real business impact.

You will play a key role in shaping how membership supports store performance, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Execution & Growth

  • Execute membership initiatives across retail and digital channels
  • Drive member acquisition through stores, events, and campaigns
  • Support the development of membership structure (tiers, benefits, lifecycle)

2. Retail Enablement

  • Work closely with store teams to integrate membership into daily operations
  • Develop simple tools, scripts, and processes to improve store conversion
  • Train and support frontline teams to drive member acquisition and engagement

3. CRM & Campaign Execution

  • Operate CRM tools for member communication and campaign execution
  • Execute targeted campaigns based on member segmentation
  • Track and optimize campaign performance

4. Regional Coordination

  • Support Southeast Asia markets (MY, SG, TH, VN, PH, ID) in execution
  • Share best practices and align ways of working across markets
  • Assist in building scalable processes

5. Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics (acquisition, retention, repeat purchase)
  • Provide insights to improve program effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience (CRM, membership, retail marketing, or similar)
  • Strong execution ability with a hands-on mindset
  • Experience working with retail teams or store operations is highly preferred
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in building membership programs from 0 to 1 or scaling across markets
  • Exposure to multi-country or regional work environments
